SS Great Eastern Prints
The SS Great Eastern was launched in London in 1858 and was by far the largest ship in the world at the time. It was known as the 'Leviathan', and although not successful as a passenger vessel, the ship was used to lay the first transatlantic telegraph cable int he 1860s.
